Time and How To Spend It

Author: James Wallman
Format: Paperback
Rating: 4/5

A book worth spending your time on

When it comes to books like this, I’m always hesitant. If you don’t enjoy reading, why would you ‘waste’ precious time reading a book telling you how to spend your time. But in this case, it’s worth every second.

Wallman uses recent scientific data and research to explain his theory. I use the word theory because to me, subjects like this have so many variables that it’s hard to say whether something is fact or fiction. But it’s full of facts to back up his words.

Unlike similar books, it’s not so much giving you examples on what to do, but how to make up your own mind on what activity really will fulfil you. And that’s what makes me truly believe that everyone, no matter your stance, can take something from this book.
