Day 9

What I’m learning in life is that there isn’t one big moment where your life changes forever.

There are lots of small moments that make a big difference.

The day I took a break from alcohol.

The day I just decided that that was the day I was going to give up smoking.

The day I started going back to the gym.

All of them were just one day out of 32 years. Not even a whole day, just a single moment. But every moment made a positive change to the rest of my days moving forward.

Today felt like another one of those days.

During a discussion about something that would usually stress me out, took a different route.

My energy shifted.
I released all control.
I understood that it didn’t really matter.
And I trusted it would all just work out the way it was supposed to.

I felt free.
