Day 74

I’ve felt myself slip recently. Like I’m still putting in the work but it feels more like drifting. 

And I don’t like it. 

When things get like this, it’s because I feel comfortable and I’m just doing things in autopilot. I’m not actually conscious of the physical act of doing something.

At lot of the time, it means I’m not present in the moment. My mind is just wandering here and there, letting my body just do what needs to be done. And am I really giving it 100% then? Probably not. 

But luckily, I’m aware of these things a lot quicker now. So tomorrow we start working on being more present. And I’m really excited for it.
