Day 81

Be brave, make tough decisions. 

You made it to this point once, you can do it again.

Starting from scratch always sounds so scary. You think about how hard it was just to get to this point. 

But really, it’s never from scratch when you’re starting over. You’ve learnt so much along the way that you have to think of it almost like a second chance.

You can set boundaries from the very beginning because you now know what you are and are not willing to accept. 

It won’t be easy. But in the long run, it will be easier on the soul.
