In 2024 my life took a 180. At 32, I realised that things weren’t working and so I left it all in the search for something that did work and for some thing that felt right to me.

After two years of processing/ surviving, it finally feels like the waters have settled and I’m ready to start again. But this time I’m doing it a little bit differently.

This time, I’m rebuilding.

And this is my journey towards it.
